Sales and delivery conditions

If the order is suitable for parcel delivery, we offer free shipping to Germany, Austria, Poland, France, Benelux, and Denmark for net merchandise order values of EUR 200 or more.

For net merchandise order values up to EUR 200, we charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 15.00.

We deliver in accordance with INCOTERMS 2020 free carrier (FCA Lütjensee) usually with the following logistics companies: DHL Deutsche Post, DPD, Trans-o-Flex, FedEx, Dachser.

We also deliver to all other EU countries and third countries. Shipping costs are provided separately in such cases.

Our product offering is exclusively aimed at entrepreneurs (commercial users), retailers, or customers of the public sector. No sales to individuals within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Suitable proof (e.g., business registration, commercial register extract) must be provided for initial orders. The contents are provided as non-binding indicative information. The contents of the product offering are constantly updated. Errors are fundamentally possible. We reserve the right to make mistakes.

The prices mentioned are net prices plus the statutory value-added tax.

The available payment terms can be found at the checkout. Typically, we offer invoice, credit card payment, PayPal, and other current e-commerce payment methods.
